Nottingham Hot Property is a major annual event for Nottingham's property and construction professionals. It is a quality live gig, performed entirely by musicians and singers are from East Midlands property and construction firms.

The annual event has raised in excess of £180,000 for various local and National children's charities since it began in 2004 including the Children's Oncology Wards E38 and E39 at the Queen's Medical Centre, Childline and When you Wish upon a Star Foundation.
