Nottingham Hot Property 2007

Nottingham´s hottest property party ever took place on 14 November 2007 at Jongleurs, Nottingham.

Nottingham Hot Property, an annual charitable concert, featured vocalists and band members drawn from the Nottingham property, development and construction sectors who performed a non-stop three hour spectacular to a sell out audience. Rock, pop, soul or R&B, there was music on the night to cater for every taste and the atmosphere was electrifying, both on stage and in the audience.

Organiser, Malcolm Wright of Elmwood Darby Ltd said of the night, "Nottingham Hot Property 2007 has exceeded all of our expectations. A tremendous amount of time, energy and commitment has gone into the organisation of this year’s event, especially on the part of the band and vocalists who have attended rehearsals since February. This has culminated in a fantastic evening of entertainment which has now become a highlight of the social calendar and also addresses social responsibility within the Nottingham area. From the feedback received, I think that this year’s event has been our best yet".

The event raised £42,000 from sponsorship and ticket sales for this year´s beneficiary charities, Ward E38 and E39 Paediatric Oncology wards at The Queen´s Medical Centre and the Nottingham based charity When You Wish Upon a Star.

Since its first event in 2004, Nottingham Hot Property has raised in excess of £114,000 for local children’s charities.

Nottingham Hot Property 2006

2006 event was held at Jongleurs, Nottingham on Wednesday November 8th and once again, the Nottingham Hot Property team lined up a fantastic evening of entertainment. Over 650 people attended the event to a memorable evening of entertainment.

The event proved to be the biggest and best to date raising over £30,000, all proceeds from the event were donated jointly to the following charities.

Nottingham Hot Property 2005

Nottingham Hot Property 2005 proved to be the bigger than 2004 raising over £27,000 for our joint charities Cancer & Leukemia In Children (CLIC) and Childrens Brain Tumour Research.

Over 450 people attended the event which was held at the Cabaret Club, Nottingham on Thursday 10th November 2005. Tickets were in very high demand and there were a large number of disappointed people that were unable to attend. Consequently it was decided that the 2006 event would be held at a new venue which accommodated more people.

Nottingham Hot Property 2004

2004 event was the first performance by Nottingham Hot Property which was formed in 2003 by Malcolm Wright of Elmwood Darby Ltd.

The event took place at the Cabaret Club, Nottingham on Thursday 21 October 2004 and raised £13,700. All proceeds from the event were donated to The Bastow Lab, Paediatric Unit at the Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham.
