Nottingham Hot Property is a major charity event that brings members of the Midlands property and construction industry together to raise much needed funds for children’s charities across the region.
Billed as a quality live gig, Hot Property has seen more than 200 people take to the stage and has now raised in excess of £450,000 for local children’s charities, helping to create a positive change to many youngsters’ lives.
Nottingham Hot Property 2026 is proudly supporting Base 51, a charity that provides counselling, support, and a safe space for young people aged 11–24. It offers mental health services, specialised LGBTQIA + groups, and support for vulnerable youths, including those who are homeless or in care.
Held annually, the fundraiser is attended by leading professionals and showcases the best talent in the region. Every event is kindly supported by a number of sponsors and partners to bring the event to life and make it a resounding success.
